TICKET & VENUE

All Tickets are sold subject to Terms & Conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before purchase, and raise any queries with RABIDFEST. Your purchase of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

RABIDFEST is an all-ages event. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times.
Under 25’s need ID to purchase alcohol.
You must produce a valid ticket to gain access to the event. Your ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. RABIDFEST will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
On entry you will be provided with a valid wristband. You must keep possession of this wristband at all times during your valid time at the event. RABIDFEST will not be responsible for any wristband that is lost, stolen or tampered with.
In accordance with UK legislation, it is an offence to smoke in all enclosed public spaces.
Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of Assistance Dogs.

By attending a public event you consent for RABIDFEST to use your image should it appear on our media. If you would like any images of you to be removed or edited, please contact a member of the RABIDFEST team.
Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises. RABIDFEST will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Food, drink and merchandise are only available from official vendors inside the venue.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and any found may result in ejection from the event without a refund and possible prosecution.
If you have any special access requirements or concerns about any special effects (for example lighting, sound or audiovisual effects) which may be featured at the event, please discuss any such issues before purchasing your tickets with RABIDFEST by contacting admin@rabidfest.co.uk. RABIDFEST will undertake all reasonable efforts to assist with any such special access requirements or concerns.

RABIDFEST reserves the right to:

• Make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements and featured participants or programme.

• Cancel or abandon the event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price. If an event cancels in advance we will make reasonable attempts to contact you by using the details you have provided. It is, therefore, your responsibility to inform RABIDFEST of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address you provided at the time of purchase.

• Refuse admission to, or remove you from the venue in reasonable circumstances - such as the refusal of security checks or if venue staff consider that your behavior may adversely affect other people's enjoyment of the event – and without a refund, confiscate prohibited items – such as glass bottles, cans, food and drink not purchased at the venue, cameras or items that may potentially be used as a weapon - in accordance with its policies. If in any doubt please check with the RABIDFEST team before attending.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact RABIDFEST immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of your tickets as duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.
The total refund for a ticket shall be the face value of the ticket purchased. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or outside accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. RABIDFEST will not be liable for any loss wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the face value of the ticket.

For tickets purchased online through the official RABIDFEST Store, refunds will be made into the account tickets were originally purchased as soon as reasonably possible. For tickets purchased at one of RABIDFEST's official outlets please take your unused ticket to the point of purchase. Refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the Tickets. Tickets purchased from a 3rd Party online vendor such as We Got Tickets, you can request a refund directly if one has not already been issued.

Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by RABIDFEST or our authorised sub-agents) or use in promotions or packages without the express permission of RABIDFEST is prohibited and may render them void.
The unauthorised use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated. By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.
